Yummy Chori is the creation of Stacey and Jorge Lorea, owners of Chica Boom Events. “Our Argentine roots and background inspire us everyday. We grill everything, enjoy a good red wine and always share it with family and friends. As owners of an events and entertainment company, our catering component had to be unique and personal to us, to who we are...Argentine food of course!”- Stacey Lorea, Owner.
Yummy Chori, (The “Chori”-Choripan, an Argentine Sausage Sandwich that is a common custom enjoyed by most in Argentina), began serving private clients On-Site and at Large Public Festivals and Events after owners Stacey and Jorge, grew tired of the typical Hot Dog and Hamburger, greasy Ribs kind of BBQ available at most parties and events. “If we just had a Choripan Stand at an event, people would love it. If they had Argentine Parrillada, the lines would be going around the block!”- said Jorge Lorea, owner, on a hot 4th of July fireworks display event.The rest of it is history!
The Yummy Chori Argentine On-Site Gourmet Grill Experience was created with all of the things both owners love about their culture, the highest grade of beef, abundant portions, beautiful presentation, warm and friendly professional service, and a touch of that Argentine charm and sophistication.

Since its inception, Yummy Chori has formed a solid following of Beef Eating fanatics looking to catch the Argentine “hot off the grill” flavors at local Art Fairs, Festivals and Concerts. The Fair Food never looked this good! Choripan, Steak or Chicken Sandwiches grilled to perfection, delicious empanadas, warm and crispy, or the one and only Gaucho Salad, Chorizo, Steak and Chicken chopped and served over a bed of lettuce with the exclusive Yummy Salsa Criolla and Chimichurri, makes choosing almost impossible!
