What do we offer?

 

Grilled Steakhouse Style Dinner Service. On-Site Grill Station with our unique "Grill Bar" Set up. Charcoal and Wood Event Grills are set up at your wedding or rehearsal dinner with a neat and elegant grill bar covering the grill, creating a food station for guests to visit the Grill Master Chefs and choose their dinner hot off the grill. 

 

Appetizers, side dishes, bread and our famous "Chimichurri Sauce" are also part of our service. We set up buffet style tables with Rustic Wood Log decor to display salads, and cocktail appetizers. Plates and silverware are included in your catering package. 

 

Desserts, cakes and specialty "Sweets Table" are also available for your big affair. Our talented Pastry Chef will create a unique Wedding cake, Cupcakes, Cake pops, cookies or any dessert your heart desires! Want to give out an eddible Wedding favor? We can help you! 

 

Bartending, ice packages and specialty Bar Rentals. Yes, we got you covered!  We are the only catering company in South Florida with our Rustic Chic Bar Set up and Rustic Draft Beer Bar!

Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • Do you have a minimum required to book? Yes, our minimum is 30 guests. We have capabilities to cater events up to 500 guests. 

 

  •  How long is your dinner service? We are on site for about 5 hours between set up, cooking, service and clean up. We typically start the grilling about 90 minutes before food should be served. Dinner service is about 1 hour long allowing guests to come up multiple times to the grill.

 

  •  Are you licensed and Insured? We are Licensed Catering Professionals in the State of Florida and carry major Liability Insurance. 

 

  • Do you have menu otions to choose from? We have many differnt packages for your event. From the typical Authentic Argentine Grill Parrillada Menu, to custom seafood and beef options. We will work with you to perfect the menu for your event.

  • Do we have to book all of the services through you? No, you can pick and choose what you need! The only service you must book with us is the Main Dinner Grill Service. Most other wedding catering companies ask for exclusivity to their sevices and upcharge for every little thing. We do not do that. In fact we will work with you to give you the best deal out there and if it's not with us... that's ok! 

 

  • Can we bring some of our own food, beverage or desserts? You can provide any additional items as you wish. Let us know what you will be providing so we can plan to display it with all of the catered food!

 

  • Do you offer tastings? We do not typically offer tastings as we grill your food on site especially for each guest! However, for special requests we offer tastings for a $250 fee. This fee is deducted from your invoice once you book our services.  

 

  • Do you require full payment to book the catering? No, we only ask for an initial security non-refundable deposit to book your date and guarantee service. A payment plan is set up to help you pay for your catering. Invoice remains open until 2 weeks before your big day to allow for adjustments in RSVPs and any final add-ons or changes.
